William Shahan
MSW, MDiv, LCSW

Hello. I’m William Shahan, a seasoned therapist with over three decades of experience serving individuals, couples, and families across Oklahoma. My work has spanned hospice care, trauma recovery, eldercare, and spiritual counseling. I believe in a calm, client-centered approach that respects each person’s story and supports growth through life’s most challenging moments.

During my career, I have served as a Medical Social Worker with Autumn Bridge Hospice, where I assisted patients and families with end-of-life care, grief, and community resources. My background also includes facilitating trauma debriefings following the Oklahoma City bombing, leading anger management and batterers intervention groups, and providing therapy for incarcerated women, adolescents, and the elderly.

I hold a Master of Social Work from the University of Oklahoma, a Master of Divinity from Midwestern Theological Seminary, and a Bachelor of Arts in Classics and English from Southern Illinois University. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Board-Approved Supervisor for LCSW candidates.

Throughout my career, I’ve supervised graduate interns, led support groups, and remained committed to trauma-informed, compassionate care. Whether you’re navigating loss, relationship challenges, or emotional overwhelm, I offer a grounded, steady presence to support your path forward.

Mike Radonski
LCSW

Hi there. And thanks for your interest in working with me. Please let me introduce myself. I’m Mike. Not only am I a counselor, but I’m also a father, and a retired US Navy veteran.

I hold a Master’s degree in social work from Arizona State University and a Bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Maryland University College. My clinical experience includes helping people work through many different issues, including anxiety, substance use/abuse, depression, PTSD, sexual trauma, and anger issues. I have also successfully worked with couples who are trying to keep their relationship together as well as those who want to find ways to effectively co-parent after a relationship is over. I am trained in EMDR, DBT, and cognitive behavioral therapy. I also use Gottman-related techniques in my work with couples.

I really and truly care about the people I work with. Those who have worked with me tend to describe me as genuinely warm, caring, understanding, and interactive. I hope you do too.

Alesha Wright
Office Manager

Hi, I’m Alesha, Office Manager at At Ease Counseling. I’m often the first person you’ll connect with, and I work hard to make sure every client feels welcomed, supported, and understood from the start.

Whether you’re scheduling, navigating insurance, or just need guidance, I’m here to help with compassion and clarity. I care deeply about the details and pride myself on making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

I manage scheduling, billing questions, credentialing, and team coordination so our clinicians can focus on care—and you can focus on healing. Outside of work, I’m continuing my education in mental health and enjoy time with family.

If you need anything, I’m just a call or email away.
